Mosquito Dunks

(Biological Mosquito Control)  SIX Dunks Per Package

Biological control of mosquito larvae using Bacillus thuringinesis israelensis (BT). 

Product of Summit Chemical in USA.  The BT active ingredient is 10.31%; inactive ingredients are 89.69%.  These slowly dissolving DUNKS provide 30 day control of mosquito larvae when placed in any source of standing water, including cattle, horse, and other livestock, domestic pet water containers, bird baths, and other animal applications, according to Summit Chemical.  Apply at rate of ONE slow release dunk per 100 square feet of surfact water.  They may be broken (divided) for smaller water containers.  For example, a 6 foot diameter livestock tank would need about one-half of one DUNK.  Complete instructions on every package.  DO NOT use in any application where water is used for human consumption.  Keep out of reach of children.  Wash hands after using.

Mosquito Bits

Biological Control of Mosquitos.  8 oz jar of BITS

Biological control of mosquito larvae using Bacillus thuringiensis israelensis (BT).

Product of Summit Chemical, USA.  The BT active ingredient in the BITS is 2.86%; inactive ingredients are 97.14%.  The BITS when shaken into the water slowly sink and slowly release the BT larvacide up to 14 days, killing the mosquito larvae within 24 hours.  Repeat treatment may be done between 7 and 14 days as needed.  The BITS may be used for any livestock water containers for cattle, horses, domestic pets, bird baths, and other animals or livestock, according to the manufacturer.

Sprinkle the BITS into the water at the rate of ONE TEASPOON per 25 square feet of surface water (such as a 4 or 5 foot diameter round tank).  Complete instructions are provided.  DO NOT use the BITS in any water source or container used for human consumption and keep out of reach of children.  Wash hands after handling the bits.
