"Diamond" (her pasture name) is a dependable black TWH mare who has had impressive foals. Her foals by our mahogany bay stallion, "Mack K. Handshaker's Cajun", have all been over 15 hands. For us, "Diamond" and "Cajun" have put foals on the ground with height, calm temperament, and who have been easily trained. In this mating, she has produced two geldings, one colt, and two fillies. She has a total of 6 quality registered offspring.
Diamond's 2007 foal, a Palomino Colt who was sired by "Santa Fe Sunrise" has been sold. She rides smooth and needs a very relaxed rein. She has been shown successfully in the past by her previous owners. Diamond has consistently foaled large foals that have been as tall as she is at only 10 months of age. She is presently being retired from breeding so we can give her a rest and enjoy life!
She is an own daughter of "The Violator" (son of "Prides Generator") and her dam is a rare daughter of "Pride's Secret Threat" (son of "Pride of Midnight"). Other famous sires and dams in her pedigree include Ebony Masterpiece, Midnight Sun, Pride of Stanley, Spirit of Midnight, Skipper Son Midnight, Sun's Delight D., Triple Threat, and Merry Go Boy.
Diamond's 2005 very sharp looking bay filly, "Cajun's Zatarain", was sold at 2 months of age to a ranch in Louisiana.
Diamond is Presently Offered For: $ 2,250.

"Ginger", her pasture name is a very nice looking Sorrel mare who is currently in saddle training. She has been making great progress, according to her trainer. She has been on several rides with her trainer to our place, riding in the "bar ditch" beside the highway with no problems. Ginger is alert and pays attention. Upon completion of her 3 months of saddle training she will be ready for purchase! A 25% deposit will hold her for you. As a young, open mare, she will need an advanced rider. Ginger could also be bred to either of our two Stallions: "Dusty's Royal Flush" (Palomino) or "Mack K Shaker's Cajun" (Bay). Breeding fee will be negotiable with a purchase.
Ginger is Presently offered for $1,800.

Sorry...he's a little dirty in photo! Had been playing in the sand...
"Santa Fe" was 13.2 HH with a 16" Cannon Bone and 653# on 1.6.08. He is predicted to mature at about 16 HH. As a a weanling, he is growing like a weed and has a great temperament with prospects of being a breeding stallion. He has begun halter training, leads, loads & unloads, and stands tied. To date he has demonstrated an excellent temperament and attitude! He's sure to be a winner.
He was sired by the elegant Palomino Stallion "Santa Fe Sunrise," now deceased and is out of our quality black mare (who is for sale), "Violator's Secret Love." Santa Fe's grandsire was "The Gold Rush Is On" and granddam was "The Missing Angel" (a Mack K's Handshaker's daughter). His maternal grandsire was "The Violator" (a Pride's Generator son) and maternal granddam was "Pride's Secret Love" (a Pride's Secret Threat daughter).
"Santa Fe" purports to be a quality stallion (or gelding) who hit the ground as a long-legged colt which has been characteristic of foals by our dam, "Violator's Secret Love." As a one day old colt, he was demonstrating a very active and quality gait. Don't miss out on the opportunity to be first in line to purchase this quality Palomino Colt!
Thanks Mike & Susan in Amarillo for Purchasing this Fine Colt!
