International Sales We only sell our "livestock specialty items" and other small items and publications to International Purchasers. We do not sell any livestock or livestock semen internationally due to extreme costs of international certification, health regulations and shipping costs. All international sales must be paid in US Dollars. Shipping and handling charges will be quoted via e-mail prior to an order being billed & shipped. E-mail us for S/H Quote. Any non-livestock items, however, may be purchased online via your Visa or Mastercard. Any personal or business checks will have to be cleared by our bank before any shipments are made. Otherwise, payment may be made via International Money Order in US Dollars. Domestic Postal Rates Due to periodically changing USA postal rates (and UPS or FedEx) rate changes we periodically adjust our S/H costs on our items offered in Our Store on our site. Due to highly variable S/H costs, all mailable items INCLUDE S/H Charges. All of our Domestic S/H Rates are for the contiguous 48 States only. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories may be additional charges...we will notify you if this is the case. Semen Shipments Frozen shipments of either cattle or horse semen are shipped in RETURNABLE Nitrogen Tanks. These tanks are shipped UPS with return shipping charges included in your shipping/handling costs. Nitrogen Tanks should be returned to the shipper WITHIN THREE DAYS of receipt. Cooled Semen Shipments for Equine Semen are shipped via NEXT DAY FedEx in re-usable containers. Purchasers of Cooled Seman should pre-arrange to have their Veterinarian inseminate their mare promptly to preserve viability of semen. We also require as much notice as possible as we have to go to an outside facility to have our Stallion, "Chance" collected. Mailable Items (Non-Semen) Publications, livestock specialty items, and novelty items will be shipped the LEAST EXPENSIVE WAY. For lightweight items (under 13 oz.) they will be sent First Class Mail. For heavier items that can be placed in one of the FLAT RATE BOXES of the US Postal Service are shipped PRIORITY MAIL. Publications and other printed matter are shipped at special US Postal Service rates: allow extra time for shipping by US Postal Service. Any UPS or FedEx shipments will require extra handling charges for transport to the nearest collection facility by us. Express Mail and related special services require additional shipping charges. We will quote the costs for you to approve before any shipment is made since these charges can be significant.Livestock Delivery Running arrow Farm can deliver your Longhorn Cattle or our Horses to you. We can haul a maximum of 6 to 8 calves or young calves 12 months old (more or less). We can also haul a horse along with a Longhorn. If your purchase includes mature Longhorns (or) a breeding age bull, fewer animals can be hauled, obviously. At present time (May 6, 2007) our ONE WAY LOADED MILE hauling charge is $1.50 a mile. However, with ever-increasing fuel costs, the price can very well increase. (Note: Commercial haulers are charging between $2.50 and $3.50 a loaded mile!). When inquiring about hauling costs, you need to consider the trade-off costs between your coming to get the animal(s) or us hauling it to you. Also, we can also "meet you half-way" to your destination and off-load from our trailer to yours at that location. Any bad weather delays en-route or extra layover time at your location may incur additional per diem charges for our driver. Credit Card Purchases In "Our Store" online purchasing component, we only list a few of our Longhorns or Horses. Any livestock that is NOT listed in our store can still be purchased with your credit card. Your credit card information will need to be either (a) telephoned to us, or (b) sent via USPS "snail mail". We do not advocate sending this information online over the internet due to potential hacking by identity thieves! On any purchase you may pay all or part of your purchase with your credit card with the balance paid via approved personal or business check, money order, or certified check: you will receive instructions on how to do this. A Final Thought We will work with you and your purchase in any way we can to ensure you receive prompt service at the most reasonable cost. We want you to be a satisfied customer and a repeat customer!
