"Bambi" is a very nice  "Jet Black Phantom" heifer with an excellent foundation pedigree.  Her Dam, "J.R. Overstreet" is a solid light red cow (Easy Street KK X Miss Overago).  She has Cowcatcher, Doherty 698, Jet Jocky, Phenomenon, and Zhivago in her pedigree.  She would be an excellent outcross to Roundup, Gunman, or Butler style genetics. 

With Spock 6-12-2007 to 8-27-2007. Bambi is being exposed to our new Roundup lineage Bull, "RUMBLE", who has 80" Total Horn for a 2008 Calf.   Date of calf will determine sire.

Bambi is showing good lateral horn growth.  She is looking to mature into a smaller framed cow that is an easy-keeper.

"Noel" is a beautiful white heifer with red ears and black nose.  She has the red/and black anklets and most likely will roan out! With time she could speckle up like Spock is doing. She is a blended pedigree that is 5/8 Butler with emphasis on horn:  She even had horn buds popping out when she hit the ground!  Noel will be a foundation cow on which to build one's herd.

Noel's Dam, "Blue Mist" is out of our own "Ozark's Mist" (an Ozark Mountain Queen daughter) with her Sire being "Easy Street KK" (Phenomenon X Delta Victoria).  Our Blue Mist's heifer (who was also white) sold very quickly in 2006 and here is a carbon copy in looks of her-----Noel is from the dam line that we have 4 generations of in the RAF herd. If you don't snag her quick, Sandy will add her to the breeding herd and then it will be even harder to get her.... grins

She is the kind to build a foundation with.

We just love the full body on Sizzle. She has an excellent pedigree with "Roundup", "J.R. Grand Slam", "The Shadow" and "Impressive".  This is a foundation heifer to build a quality herd with. Her horns are pointing back to her shoulders.  Sweet mild mannered and seeped with quality thru and thru...   Don't let this one get away.  Her legs markings are now a mix of both red and black and we can see dark pigmented markings in her skin that will eventually surface.  She will be a looker when the color bleeds thru.

As you can tell by Honey's name, something unusual happened at the night of her birth.  We had a mini-tornado take off the top of our hay barn for the 2nd year in a row.  (Last year we replaced the same hay barn due to straight line winds).

Also unusual about this heifer is the fact that instead of a single star in the middle of her forehead, Honey has a double star instead.

She is out of our Son of the famous bull:  "Windwalker's FM50" and her dam is Wes Watson breeding on top of the famous bull "Phenomenon".  So she has all the potential in the world going for her.  Honey is a real sweetheart and will make for a dandy girl as she grows.  She will be a small framed cow.
